Adika Café, at the visitors center offers fine dishes to perfectly complete Assaf selections of wines. The café is run by Adi, the eldest daughter of the Kedem family, a chef, graduate of FCI – New York and Natural Medicine Nutrition studies at Ridman College. Adi and the kitchen staff use only the freshest local ingredients to make sourdough breads, brioche, special tapas, smoked meet and pickled fish and offer also a selection of local goat cheese. All is made with extra attention to details and served daily alongside ASSAF wines.
WINE TO TABLE
We recommend visiting the Golan Heights with patience and ease to allow genuine peace of mind for a couple of hours. Wine to table experience is created to cater this idea, made with precision and thorough familiarity with our values and yours. Wine to table, wine & food experience in the heart of the Golan, starts with wine tasting and local cheeses served in the village courtyard followed by a tour and wine tasting in the winery. Then, we continue with 7-8 local rich tapas from Didi’s kitchen and more of Assaf and Oren’s fine wines to complete every bite. Finally, hot drinks and dessert.
Wine to tables portrays a culinary experience made with fresh ingredients and simple but detailed kitchen work. Homemade pickled fish, local beef sausages, seasonal vegetables, local cheeses, and great sweets. The full experience will cost NIS265 per person including the tour, the tasting, the tapas meal, and all you can drink wine.
Didi’s Kitchen is set at the visitors’ center, by the tasting room, in an old Circassian building. Didi’s Kitchen offers fine dishes to perfectly complete Assaf selections of wines. We invite you to enjoy Wine to Table experience Sunday to Thursday starting at 12:30pm, with 7-8 local, special, rich tapas assortment to perfectly supplement Assaf wines. 12:30pm We start with a first glass of wine and a cheese platter 13:00pm Tour of the winery and guided tastings, stories about the winery and thoughts about wine. We continue with a tapas meal & tressures from Didi’s kitchen and more Assaf and Oren’s wines. With the view of the coming sunset, we offer hot drinks and dessert.
*You may also sit in the courtyard to enjoy wine, winery platter – goat and cow cheeses and delicacies from Didi’s kitchen – freshly baked breads, pickled fish or corned beef, spreads and more, subject to the selection available each day (no fixed menu) during the opening hours.

Our winery courtyard features the beautiful views of the Golan Heights unfolding through the eucalyptus trees, fine delicacies from Didi’s kitchen, open fireplace, soft lighting, and furniture made with personal touch, designed down to the smallest details. Fresh food, fine wine, vineyards, and beautiful nature. Just decide on the number of guests and come celebrate. We are here to welcome any meaningful event, in the spacious winery courtyard. You may (and should 😊) complete the joy with an overnight stay in our hosting cabins to fully indulge yourself.
